      Deadlines
      The final deadline to order services is March 13th, but any order placed from February 20th to March 13th will have an increase of 50%.

      If you want to make a request after March 13th please send us an email so we can analyze your situation. Please note that we can’t guarantee your order since it’s subject to availability.

      Payments
      Your order is only considered after the payment is made. The Deadline for all payments is March 13th.

      How to Select the Correct Role 
      When completing your registration, please ensure that you select the role below according to the company responsible for the payment. For example, if you are a stand builder paying for the services, select the role that best applies to you. This information is required strictly for administrative and tax-related purposes.
      After completing this form and selecting your option, you will be redirected to another page to provide the invoicing details. Please make sure to fill in the invoice form with the correct company information. Even if you don’t need the invoice, please fill out the VAT NUMBER field.

      If you are based in the United Kingdom, you must provide a valid VAT number, as this is essential for us to apply the correct fiscal procedures. Selecting the appropriate role helps us process your registration correctly and ensures compliance with the applicable regulations.
       

      If the paying entity is from a country non-member of the european union but have a valid document proving that you’re exempt from paying the VAT please send it to us via e-mail before filling the platform:       BioEurope26FILPlatform@ccl.fil.pt
