      Prices for 3 service days - September 29th to October 1st.
      If ordered prior to 18th September, your wired internet cables will be in place prior to contractor arrival. The  internet service will then be operational on 28th September to test your devices.
      All the products and services are subject to stock confirmation.

      Deadlines
      The platform will close for submissions on October 1st, Thursday. Requests made between September 18th to October 1st will be subject to a 100% surcharge and require prior review and confirmation.

      If the submitted Technical Floorplan is not to scale or does not clearly identify the requested elements for the stand as intended, and this leads to a second assembly, an additional cost will be applied.

      Reminder: The implementation of non-authorized Wi-Fi networks (hotspots) or the use of any other equipment for network distribution (routers, switches, hubs, access points/antennas, etc.) is not permitted, whatever their nature, anywhere on the event’s premise.

      Consult here the usage normative for FIL, CCL and FIL Meeting Centre networks and be sure to share with your partners.
